The Top 2 Ways To Melt Away That Cellulite For A Sexier Summer 2009
Last Updated March 7, 2010
Hey everyone, my name is Katie, originally from the area, and I want to talk about a few ways I found to really eat away cellulite. My cellulite came out nowhere this Spring, and not just on the back of my legs but all down the front, and on my arms. I’m not overweight at all, so I really freaked out when this started happening! How was I supposed to wear shorts?

After doing countless hours of research to find out what could be causing this (I’m that type of person) I came to realize that it’s SO hard to find solid, consistent advice on the internet. First I hear that diet and exercise are the biggest factors, then I hear that you should drink coffee. Yet other people say to avoid coffee and not worry so much about diet and exercise. Make up your minds people!
After 5 months of desperate testing, I’ve come up with 2 ways to GREATLY minimize the appearance of cellulite. For those on a budget, the first way is free, but happens to be more work to maintain. The second method isn’t free, but is wayy easier.
1st Way:
1. Exercise. No one likes to do it, but I’ve noticed when exercising regularly the cellulite looks better, and I feel a lot better as well.
2. Drink more water. Water flushes out some of the excess toxins that lurk around in your skin. More than 3 liters a day is recommended.
3. Stop smoking! Smoking has been known to make cellulite worse, and quitting has other obvious benefits too.
4. Relax. Take deep breaths every once in a while, and learn to meditate. Stress can cause cellulite.
2nd Way:
1. Use a cream called Striation Stretch Mark Eraser, website here, which has a free trial. Striation was actually the first cream I tried, but didn’t give it a full chance. After trying a few others I went back to Striation which I think is one of the best. Check out their site HERE for more info. (ESSENTIAL)
2. ResVerXP: I’ve been taking this for about 3 months now (the website is here to get the free trial), Dr. Oz loves the stuff, and so do I! This attacks the root cause of cellulite and makes sure it doesn’t get any worse, plus I’ve noticed a bunch of other general improvements in my health since taking it. Go look at their website HERE. (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, BUT OPTIONAL)
Good luck everyone! Both methods work around the same, so pick the one that works best for your lifestyle and I’ll see you on the beach this summer!
